Inauguration of the Imaging Service at Bethanie Medical Centre
On August 13, 2025, Bethanie Medical Centre reached a significant milestone with the official inauguration of its Imaging Service. The ceremony, led by the Director, Dr. Sr. Emilenne Soubeiga, brought together staff, guests, and technical and financial partners.
The new building, constructed by BEFAP Construction with the financial support of the Italian Bishops’ Conference, fully meets state standards. It includes an endoscopy and ultrasound room, a radiology room, a storage area, the radiologist’s office, a reception room, and, soon, a fully operational CT scan room.
Beyond the modern facilities, the heart of this project is the patient. Every new piece of equipment is a concrete response to the suffering of those in need of healing and hope. In a context where many struggle to access medical care, this service stands as a sign of closeness and special attention to the sick.
With this new achievement, the Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles reaffirm their mission of providing quality healthcare while sowing seeds of joy and hope in the midst of human suffering.
