Preparation for Final Vows 2025
From 30th June to 8th September 2025, 24 OLA young Sisters from across the globe are gathered in Ibadan, Nigeria, for the International Preparatory Programme for Final Vows. This important stage of formation helps each one of them prepare for her perpetual vows—a lifelong commitment to God through the Vows of Chastity, Poverty, and Obedience.
The programme includes spiritual renewal, theological reflections, human formation, in-depth reflections on the vows, the OLA lifestyle and Charism, and missionary life sharing, all within the context of an international and intercultural living. It offers space for personal growth, prayer, study, and living the OLA charism in a deeply transformative way.
A highlight of the first week was the Mission Countries Expo, where Sisters showcased the cultures and OLA presence in the countries where they work, celebrating the beauty of diversity and shared mission.
