Dedicating some time to missionary work as a volunteer is a very popular way for some people to live out their faith.
Hundreds of volunteers have worked alongside OLA Sisters in many countries for short periods and sometimes for more prolonged experiences.
People from different walks of life, different professions, for different motivations feel the call to be a missionary and collaborate with the OLA Sisters. OLA does not have a formal structured volunteering programme as such. Rather we respond to requests from individuals who share our values and feel called to share our charism by volunteering.
