“Give thanks to the Lord with us, for He is good”
Today, the 25th of July 2023, the Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles are thanking God for four happy events :
- The Feast of St. James the Apostle
- The birth anniversary of our Founder Venerable Fr. Augustine PLANQUE (born on the 25th of July 1826 at Chemy in France).
- The first Profession of Vows of 21 OLA Novices comprising of 13 novices from the International African Francophone Novitiate at Abengourou in Ivory Coast and 8 from the International African Anglophone Novitiate at Ibadan, Nigeria.
- The last major event is the election of the Congregational Leader, Sr Mary T. BARRON
